What is it?

The Solution Framework is a 8-week online course with online workbooks, live Q&A calls and a community of entrepreneurs. It teaches how to start a successful business with a proper foundation.

Who is it for?

The Solution Framework is for anybody who wants to start their own business and grow it to 6-figures. It works for anybody, regardless Of your previous knowledge or experience.

Where does it happen?

The Solution Framework course is online and consists of training videos, tools, live Q&A calls and a Facebook community. You complete it online, on your own time.

How does it work?

You watch the videos, complete the action items, use the provided tools and templates. Ask questions in the Fb group or on the live Q&A calls, follow the process, get results.

When does it start?

SF is an online course, it starts the moment you enroll. You can complete it in your own time and work through it as fast or slow as you wish. You get lifetime access.

Why does it exist?

I created SF because there was nothing that was available to me that showed a complete beginner how to start their own business from scratch. I decided to create a solution to that problem.

The Solution Framework Methodology

Week 1: Personal Development

Overview: In week one we cover the fundamental principles of personal development. Which include proper foundation, determining your why, self evaluation, and mindset renewal so that you understand that the center everything that you do starts within you.

Week 2: Business Development

Overview: In week two we cover the fundamental principles of business development. Which include determining your mission and vision, business planing, picking a niche, rates/pricing, and business modeling.

Week 3: Product Development

Overview: In week three we cover the fundamental principles of product development. Which include designing, service/product offering, optimization, modeling, and focused results.

Week 4: Marketing and Branding

Overview: In week four we cover two important systems in any business, marketing and branding. Which include market attention, word of mouth, qualified leads, setting appointments, branding creation, customer avatar, and culture.

Week 5: Sales Development and Framework

Overview: In week five we cover the fundamental principles of sales. Which include overcoming the fear of rejection, conversations, building trust, building value, and handling objections.

Week 6: Accounting, Banking, Legal and Taxes

Overview: In week six we cover the account, banking, legal and taxes. Which include registering and incorporating, proper business structure, tax preparation, book keeping, proposals, policies, and agreements.

Week 7: Operations and Finances

Overview: In week seven we cover the fundamental operations and finances. Which include efficient systems, leveraging technology, deliverables, budgeting, cash flow projections and analysis.

Week 8: Management and Hiring

Overview: In week eight we cover the fundamental principles of management and hiring. Which include online hiring strategies, tips on how to hire contractors and employees, management, and performance tracking.
